By combining our 50 years of restaurant and catering experience and premium ingredients, you can be assured a delicious meal from scratch meal, beautifully presented, delivered on time for your next event.

When Alcoholic Beverages are ordered a Hoss’s Market bartender must bartend.

Bartender Fee:  25.00 per hour  per bartender for set up, bar service and clean up.

Full Service:  20% Gratuity will be added to final billing if servers are required for your event. This includes complete service set up, maintenance and service staff to take care of the buffet, change buffet pans and clean up. You take care of socializing with your guests, we take care of absolutely everything else.
Chaffing Dish Drop-Off Service: $30.00 each way for drop off, set up, and return for pick up. This service does not include a server or carver to stay at your event. Only available for groups of 50 or less.

Linens: We can provide linens for any event. The cost for linen table cloths is $8.00 each. Buffet Linen/Skirt Combination $12.00 per linen. Cloth colors: Black, Ivory, or White. Linen Napkins cost .40 each (variety of colors).

Tax will be added to the above prices.

Delivery Fees will be added for all size groups after 3:00pm.

When catering to Drury Inn add 10% to the menu price for hotel fees

A $25.00 delivery fee will be added for each trip drop off and return for pick up.  For those using chaffing dishes and real serving pieces that are not utilizing full service a 50.00 cleaning fee will be assessed for returning our belongings that are not washed before returning.
